Champions of Midgard: Valhalla

I wouldn't even play the game without this expansion. It's absolutely essential for balance when the dice aren't rolling your way.

One of two expansions for the CHOM game.
If I had to choose just one, I would definitely pick this one. It adds balance for players who aren't lucky with dice by allowing them to sacrifice fallen warriors in Valhalla, where they can acquire powerful upgrades.
The three new sets of dice are definitely worth mentioning. A great expansion that perfectly complements the game. It is worth noting, however, that you will need a fairly large table to play with all the expansions.
Just like with the second expansion, the backs of the cards are a different shade, so you can tell when a card from the expansion is coming. It doesn't really spoil the gameplay experience, though.

Kdybych se rozhodoval pouze pro jedno, vybral bych určitě toto. Přidává navíc balanc pro hráče, kterým nepřejí kostky v podobě obětování svých padlých bojovníků ve Valhalle, kde se dají pořídit další mocná vylepšení.
Za zmínku určitě stojí tři nové sady kostek. Skvělé rozšíření, které hru perfektně doplňuje. Je tedy nutno podotknout, že se všemi rozšířeními potřebujete poměrně veliký stůl.
Stejně jako i u druhého rozšíření jsou zadní strany karet v jiném odstínu, tak je poznat, že přichází karta z rozšíření. Pocit ze hry to ale moc nekazí.
