In the board game Ceylon, you become a pioneer of the local tea industry. You will establish plantations in various regions of the island and at different altitudes.

Grow and harvest tea and sell it to the most prominent export companies! Local councilors can help you with your task if you gain their favor, or you can develop new tea processing technologies—anything to get ahead of your competitors.

At the end of the game, players earn points for having plantations in every region, fulfilling demands, advancing their technology levels, and for the amount of money they have accumulated during the game. The player with the most points wins.

The game includes Czech, English, and Spanish rules; the game components are language-independent.
