Dear subscribers, fans, players, and readers, starting with this thirty-sixth issue, I am moving the Mytago publishing newsletter to imago.blog → it is a more widely read and, above all, more open platform. And now, let's get to the news we have prepared at Mytago publishing for the end of this year. And there's quite a lot of it…

All aboard!

After many demanding and lengthy negotiations, we have secured the rights to publish the pirate fantasy RPG Pirate Borg. It is an excellent, award-winning role-playing game with simple old-school rules and beautiful graphic design.

In addition to the core rulebook, which contains everything needed for the game including a complete introductory adventure, we have also prepared three adventure modules, one of which is an original work. For true fans, there is a collector's set that includes plenty of other interesting accessories.

The Games Workshop Story

The book Dice Men tells the fascinating story of Ian Livingstone and Steve Jackson – they are not just the authors of the now-legendary gamebook series Fighting Fantasy, but also the founders of Games Workshop, a company famous primarily for the Warhammer brand.

We have prepared this captivating A4 publication for you, featuring nearly 300 pages full of period photos, artifacts, and engaging stories about how the company started, grew, and achieved its phenomenal success.

New Gamebooks

Do you think we've slowed down a bit in publishing gamebooks this year? Well, we eased off slightly, but we'll make up for it this autumn! We have the second volume of the Legendary Kingdoms series for you, titled Crown and Tower. You can look forward to a full thousand references offering unlimited sandbox adventure.

Later this year, we also plan to release a reprint of the 10th volume of the Lone Wolf – Dungeons of Torgar series. We have prepared it in accordance with the Definitive Edition, so you can look forward to smart editorial edits and improvements. Proofreading is currently in full swing.

From the Fighting Fantasy series, we will release the gamebook Secrets of Salamonis, authored by Steve Jackson. This volume is being published in Czech for the first time; you can look forward to the traditional collector's hardcover edition with a cover by illustrator Cyril Gaja.

Fallout!

If everything goes according to plan, we will release an epic RPG based on the famous Fallout game series later this year. Editorial work is in full swing, and with great help from the Czech RPG community, we are approaching the finish line.

Look forward to a truly substantial, full-color A4 hardcover manual containing 432 pages of rules, illustrations, and game material.

We haven't forgotten the old-school

The third adventure module designed primarily for Dungeon Crawl Classics – Moon-Slaves of the Cannibal Kingdom – will take you to volcanic peaks covered in musty jungle. Does a fairy-tale treasure or a miserable death await you?

The Little Witcher

A children's comic from the world of The Witcher? Why not! This fun little treat will please all Witcher fans, especially those who have a little witcher or witcheress at home…

In cooperation with imago, we will also release this book in a unique limited cover version.
