Heroes V - high fantasy LARP where dreams come true

Heroes V - The Thirteenth Eclipse, or simply Heroes as the event is usually called, represents a rather unique take on "high fantasy" for us. Abroad, it might be classified as "low lethality". Both terms describe LARPs - battles that typically use a life-point system, feature softer combat rules, complex mechanics (whether in the form of magic, special abilities, or the game's core functions), emphasize high-quality and imaginative costumes, and generally feature a higher level of roleplaying.

We deliberately chose a well-known theme (who hasn't played at least one installment of Heroes of Might and Magic?), which hadn't been significantly covered at events before (unlike, for example, Lord of the Rings, The Witcher, Warhammer,…).

As for the organization, we stick to the middle weekend of June, which falls on June 12th - 14th in 2026, and the proven location near Česká Třebová. From the beginning, we wanted the event to be as accessible as possible, so we try to keep registration fees at a reasonable level, especially for younger players (everyone goes through that instant-noodle phase in their student life). At the same time, Heroes is not just an event for seasoned larpers with a decade of experience and warehouses full of costumes.

The event is open to players of all ages, and from the start, we wanted both complete beginners and veterans with ten years of experience to feel at home here. If you don't know what you're getting into, don't worry; we'll provide plenty of specific costume inspiration before the event, and we won't leave you lost on-site either. You can enter the world of Heroes with minimal gear and maximum enthusiasm. The game itself spans 7 hours on Saturday and 3 hours on Sunday. After all, that's why we're here!

The game system we've gradually built allows every player, even the lowliest soldier, to feel a certain level of uniqueness. You can choose from 6 factions with a total of 66 roles, each with its own equipment, unique abilities, and spells. We pride ourselves on active communication with players both before and during the event. Their ideas and creativity enrich the game and push it further every year. Each year is traditionally accompanied by a best-costume contest and a fencing arena with prizes that are always worth it!

On-site, you'll find a sun-drenched campsite equipped with drinking water, portable toilets, a tavern to quench your hunger and thirst, and if the worst happens, our medic will pull that tick right out for you! :D

Last year, about 140 players attended the event; this year we are already surpassing 180, and we can already feel the magical 200-player threshold in the air! Open registration on our website (www.heroes5.cz) ends on June 7th, 2026. So don't hesitate and join us!
