I'll get straight to the point. They're small. I don't know who these dimensions are meant for, but they definitely aren't for a man. The only strap I can fasten is the one at the wrist; the middle one only fits on the last hole and it's tight, and the last one is impossible. I had to redo the whole thing. The material is high quality and the overall craftsmanship is solid.
It's just the strap dimensions that are simply insufficient—a few centimeters longer and it would be a 5-star product.
As for a recommendation... if you have smaller hands, you don't need to think twice.

Vezmu to skokem. Jsou maly. Nevim pro koho je rozmer delanej, ale pro chlapa to vazne neni. Jedinej reminek co dopnu je u zapesti, ten prostredni jen na posledni dirku a skrti a ten posledni je bez sance. Musel jsem to cele predelat. Material je kvalitni a i provedeni celkove je na solidni urovni.
Jen ty rozmery reminku jsou proste nedostatecny o par cm delsi a bylo by to za 5 hvezd.
Co se doporuceni tyka .. pokud mate mensi ruku neni treba moc premyslet.

It should fit any arm as there are plenty of holes for adjustment; in my case, the ideal fit would have been somewhere in between, but that's easy to fix.

Rozhodně doporučuju nechat zapnutý, aby si pěkně zvykl na tvar ruky.
Měl by sedět na jakoukoliv ruku, dírek na zapínají je dost, jen v mém případě by byly ideální někde mezi, ale to se dá udělat.
