I use the awl occasionally for making and repairing costumes and armor. It works perfectly for punching through leather and felt. So far, it serves its purpose well.
Šídlo používám příležitostně na výrobu a opravu kostýmů a zbroje. Na propichování kůže a jekoru stačí. Zatím slouží jak má.
For this price, the awl is really good. It did break after heavy use, but considering how much leather I've stitched with it, I can't complain.
Za tuto cenu je šídlo velmi dobré, sice se mi po delším používání zničilo, ale vzhledem k tomu kolik kůže jsem s tím prošil si nemohu stěžovat.
This awl works like a charm. The only minor issue is thicker leather, which makes it a bit harder to use. The tool looks exactly like the seller's photo.
Se šídlem se pracuje parádně. Jediným problémem je možná jen tlustější kůže, u které je použití těžší. Nástroj vypadá stejně jako na fotce od prodejce.
