In the board game Archmage, six mystical nations guard six different spheres of magic, each with unique abilities. Long ago, the Archmage discovered how to combine these diverse spheres to reach a higher level of magic. Today, however, this knowledge is lost.

In Archmage, you become a novice mage traveling the lands, searching for ancient artifacts, recruiting followers, and training apprentices in the six magical spheres. As your power grows, you will compete against others, learn unheard-of spells, and build a magical tower.

When the time of reckoning comes, the new Archmage will become the ruler.
