Abomination: The Heir of Frankenstein is a gothic strategy board game where players become the creators of the Creature. The game brings to life the world of Mary Shelley’s immortal Frankenstein, set in Paris twenty years after the events of the novel.

Players take on the role of renowned scientists who aren't afraid to get their hands dirty with something as immoral as monster-making, continuing the sinister work that Victor Frankenstein left unfinished. To gather resources from cemeteries and morgues across the city, conduct valuable research at the Academy of Sciences, hire disreputable associates, and toil in the laboratory, you must strategically assign tasks to your assistants and carefully manage your resources – all in an effort to create a new form of life and breathe the "spark of humanity" into it.

If you prove yourself, the Creature might reward you during one of his unannounced visits. If you fail, you will likely regret not trying harder!

The game ends once a player successfully brings their creation to life or after 12 rounds. The player with the most victory points fulfills Frankenstein's legacy, for better or worse…
