Description
The end of the 19th century is approaching. The town of Shadowbrook is threatened by mysterious forces from the nearby woods, and terror stalks the streets at night. But all is not lost… A small group of brave heroes has arrived in town to face the evil and save Shadowbrook from destruction.
A Touch of Evil is a horror game that offers two ways to play: a cooperative mode where players fight monsters together, or a standard game where the winner is the one who defeats the main "villain".

A beautifully crafted game that delivers an incredibly atmospheric experience. In terms of mechanics, it doesn't break new ground, and you should expect a fair amount of luck and dice rolling. It offers various game modes (cooperative, semi-cooperative), but I wouldn't recommend it for co-op play—you're better off choosing a different title for that. The rules are relatively simple, making it easy to play with casual gamers or enthusiastic non-gamers.
Velmi pěkně udělaná hra nabízející atmosférou našlapaný zážitek. Z pohledu herní mechaniky se nejedná o nijak originální záležitost a je potřeba počítat s tím, že ve hře je hodně náhody a házení kostkami. K dispozici jsou různé varianty hraní (kooperativní, semi-kooperativní), ale pro kooperativní hraní ji příliš nedoporučuji a zvolil bych spíš jiný titul. Pravidla jsou relativně snadná a dá se to v pohodě zahrát i s příležitostným hráčem či nadšeným nehráčem.
