If you don't know the new Vallejo Xpress colors yet, pay attention. Vallejo has finally released its own speedpainting range, and it's a very successful one. The palette is a bit fragmented with many missing colors (which will hopefully be added over time), but the existing ones are great to work with, and the final effect is exactly as expected—at the very least comparable to Citadel's Contrast paints. Plus, with comparable performance, they are about half the price for the same amount of paint. In this case, I used Storm Blue for the robe.

Sice paleta je taková roztrhaná s mnoha chybějícími barvami (které snad časem doplní), ale se stávajícími se pracuje velmi dobře a následný efekt je dle očekávání a přinejmenším srovnatelný s contrasty od Citadelu. Zároveň při srovnatelných parametrech jsou přibližně o polovinu levnější proti stejnému množství contrastu od Citadelu. V tomto případě použita Storm blue na róbu.
