In the strategic board game Underwater Cities, you take charge of developing your own underwater territory. Gather the resources necessary to build cities, transport infrastructure, and the facilities required for life beneath the waves.

All game actions are performed using cards. If you use an action on the board by playing a matching color card, you gain a specific bonus. Sometimes, however, a particular action will be so important that you'll want to take it even with a non-matching card. Other times, the bonus from playing a matching card will be so significant that you'll want it even if the action on the board is less useful to you at that moment.

Finding the right balance is key to building underwater areas suitable for human survival and the ultimate path to victory.
