The Drops of St. Jerome module is a folk horror-themed dungeon crawl designed for the Cairn 2E system. It leads players into the ruins of an ancient monastery, where they will uncover its fate and search for the healing tears of St. Jerome.

Explore mysterious ruins

The adventure features nine detailed locations within the abbey ruins. Author Filipp Nurullin has brought them to life with eight types of monsters, including giant badgers and a strange teenager, along with NPCs that drive the story forward. Players will also discover five powerful relics that can significantly impact the game.

For the Warden

The module is designed for Cairn 2E and requires low preparation before the game. The Warden can run it practically straight from the text. The adventure includes three different starting hooks to help easily integrate the dungeon into an existing campaign. The game is designed for two to four sessions, but it also works well as a one-shot adventure.

This is a deadly experience that requires thoughtful play from the players. The monastery ruins do not forgive mistakes, so we recommend having backup character sheets ready.
