Beyond new cards, events, and diseases, Star Trek Deck Building Game: The Original Series introduces a brand new "Handheld" keyword. Maneuver cards with this keyword must be held by a character to be played. Another addition is secret missions, which you receive at the start of the game and can only be completed by you.
