Generally, brew herbal teas (except for maté) with boiling 100°C water. Use 10–15g per 0.5l and steep for 5+ minutes. Feel free to experiment. You can drink them as they are, but they also pair perfectly with sugar or honey.
Most herbal teas are caffeine-free, making them suitable for children, pregnant women, and nursing mothers. Everyone else can enjoy them in the evening before bed without worrying about staying awake at night.
