Description
The strategy card game Rise to Power takes place in a futuristic world where a rich energy source called PRISM has been discovered. Competing energy corporations scramble to secure as much of this resource as possible to increase their share of the power supply for individual districts—and ultimately, the entire city.
You control an energy corporation, mine PRISM, and strive to meet government demands. The more districts you power, the better the city looks.
