The card game Paramedics: Clear! offers an intense life-saving experience where you probably won't be able to save everyone.

A free companion app counts down the time. It starts at 60 seconds, then drops to 45 or 30 seconds as players scramble to triage new patients, buy medical supplies, treat injuries, and transport patients to the hospital to earn victory points.

Watch out for critical cases that require immediate transport to the hospital. If you fail, they head straight to the morgue, which will cost you points.
