Description
- from a small grower
- high emphasis on quality
Jin Xuan (Golden Lily) is a semi-oxidized tea with a milky-caramel character and is one of the most popular teas in Taiwan (Chiayi County). This tea comes from the Alishan mountain range, where it is grown at an altitude of 2,000 to 2,200 meters.
Jin Xuan Oolong is also known as Milk Oolong (Nai Xiang, Milky, Milk oolong); its high-quality, unblended, broad light-colored leaves possess a specific, delicate "milky" aroma. There are many legends and myths about the production of this tea, for instance, that the trees in the gardens are watered with milk and sprinkled with sugar…
This oolong impresses with a pleasant aftertaste, where the flavor lingers for a long time, especially in the back of the throat. It easily handles multiple infusions.

An excellent light oolong, our breakfast favorite :) It has a pleasant, delicate aroma, a smooth, almost milky taste, and easily handles two infusions. When eyeballing the dosage, be careful—the rolled leaves unfurl into beautiful large leaves and expand significantly.
Výtečný lehký oolong, u nás snídaňový favorit :) Má příjemnou jemnou vůni, hladkou, téměř mléčnou chuť a bez obtíží snese dvě zalití. Při dávkování od oka dejte pozor, z kuliček se rozvinou krásné velké listy a naberou objem.
A superior grade of milk oolong. My partner and I agreed it's worth paying extra for tea of this quality. It leaves that pleasant aftertaste on the palate that you love in these teas.
Lepší sorta mléčných oolongů. Společně s partnerkou jsme usoudili, že je lepší si za podobně kvalitní čaj připlatit. Nechává příjemný aftertaste na patře, který na těchto čajích milujete.
