Bought this together with the Core book, more or less without any context.
The adventures contain more setting details and follow each other. They can form an entire long-term campaign from level 1 to 14.
I recommend it both for the campaigns and just for inspiration. It also comes in handy for homebrew Nightfell campaigns, as it contains more details about the world.
I would also recommend buying the Nightfell Bestiary, as a large number of stat blocks are located there. However, the book itself naturally contains stat blocks for some of the more essential monsters.

Dobrodrúžstva obsahujú viac detailov k settingu, a nadväzujú na seba. Môžu formovať celú dlhodobú kampaň od lvl 1 do 14.
Doporučil by som ako kvôli kampaniam, tak aj pokiaľ len pre inšpiraciu. Zíde sa aj na homebrew kampane v Nightfell, keďže obsahuje viac detailov o svete.
Odporúčil by som zakúpiť aj Nightfell Bestairy, keďže veľké množstvo statblockov sa nachádza v Bestairy. Kniha samotná ale pravdaže obsahuje statblocky pre niektoré podstatnešie monštrá.
