At the start of the abstract strategy game MOD X, each player gets 14 game pieces and 18 scoring tokens. Use them to reach the target score, which depends on the number of players. Players take turns placing pieces on the board to create scoring patterns – "X", "+", or a line. Each pattern requires 5 pieces. At the same time, block your opponents to stop them from scoring. The first player to reach the target score wins. If you run out of pieces, the player with the most points wins.
