Description
Mage Wars: Druid vs. Necromancer is the second full-fledged expansion for the Mage Wars game. This expansion introduces two new mages: the Druid, mistress of nature, and the Necromancer, master of death.
The Druid is trained in nature magic and is an unrivaled ruler of plants. She specializes in Water magic, which she uses to heal, revive, and grow her plants, as well as to battle other mages in the arena. Spells like Acid Rain or a Water Geyser to the eyes will certainly ruin your opponent's day. She doesn't use traditional spawnpoints like other mages; instead, her plants spontaneously spread across the entire arena. She is the perfect choice against "turtlers," because you simply cannot let her spread and bloom across the arena for too long.
In contrast, the Necromancer is the polar opposite of the Druid. He is the master of death and all things deceased. He revels in the darkest spells of black magic, and his primary ability is raising the dead. His Graveyards summon armies of skeletons, zombies, and ghouls; the Necromancer's style of combat is a relentless assault. While skeletons are fragile, they can rise again from a pile of bones to keep fighting. Zombies are slow, but they are incredibly hard to kill (after all, they are already dead, right?). On top of that, the Necromancer can summon incorporeal undead, such as ghosts and shadows. He has plenty of destructive and lethal spells and can spread a plague across the arena very quickly.
The expansion is in English and requires the base game to play.

The Druid vs Necromancer expansion is a must-have for Mage Wars owners.
This expansion pits the Druid against the Necromancer. The Druid uses her roots to extend her influence across the board, acting as an extension of herself (she can summon creatures far from her position wherever she has a vine token).
The constant regeneration of plants and trees helps her survive in the arena against her opponent.
On the other hand, the Necromancer is immune to poison and commands an army of the undead, choosing between zombies and skeletons. Zombies are slow but immune to critical hits and psychic magic, just like the skeletons.
Of course, it always depends on how you mix your spellbook. This is one of the better expansions and gives the game even more options for customizing your spellbook.

Rozšíření staví proti sobě Druidku která svými kořeny rozšiřuje svůj vliv na další pole a funguje jako prodloužená ruka Druidky (může vyčarovat potvoru daleko od své pozice na místě kde má vine token).
Všude přítomná regenerace rostlin,stromů jí pomáhá v aréně proti soupeři.
zato Necromancer imunní na jedy ovládá armádu nemrtvých, na výběr má ze dvou a to zombie a kostěje. Zombíci jsou pomalí ale imunní na kritické zásahy a na psychickou magii, stejně jako kostějové.
Samozřejmě vždy záleží na hráči jak si knihu kouzel namixují. Tohle rozšíření patří k těm lepším a dává hře další možnosti jak si nakombinovat knihu kouzel
