I wrote my review of the game itself for the core set. Lore: 85% A continuation of the previous Redhorn Gate – you continue to escort Arwen along the Misty Mountains to Rivendell, fighting orcs along the way. It covers a largely unexplored area from the books and offers a very atmospheric adventure. Player cards: 80% Eladan works well with Elrohir, but there are gems among the other cards as well. It boosts Secrecy and Dwarf decks, and it also includes one of the best combo cards in the game – Song of Earendil. A very nice selection. Scenario: 90% While not exceptional in terms of game mechanics—it’s essentially about progressing through monsters and locations as quickly as possible—you can feel the desperate situation in both. The game becomes quite difficult thanks to strong shadow effects and treachery cards. A really well-designed classic scenario. Verdict: 90% A very balanced expansion with good player cards and a solid scenario. I recommend it especially if you have the Redhorn Gate expansion.

Hodnocení samotné hry jsem napsal k základnímu setu. Lore: 85% Pokračování předchozího Redhorn Gate - dále doprovázíte Arwen podél Mlžných hor do Roklinky a bojujete po cestě se skřety. Víceméně neprozkoumaná oblast v knihách, velmi atmosferické dobrodružství. Player cards: 80% Eladan je dobrý k Elrohirovi. Ale i mezi ostatními kartami jsou klenoty. Posílení Secrecy a trpasličích balíků, navíc obsahuje taky jednu z nejlepších combo karet ve hře - Song of Earendil. Velmi pěkný výběr. Scenario: 90% Není sice výjimečné herními mechanismy, v podstatě se jedná jen o co nejrychlejší progress přes monstra a lokace, ale z obojího je cítit velmi tísnivá pozice, a k tomu se celá hra velmi znepříjemňuje silnými shadow effecty a treachery kartami. Opravdu dobře navržený scénář klasického typu. Závěr: 90% Velmi vyvážené rozšíření s dobrými kartami do balíku a výváženým scénářem. Doporučuji hlavně s rozšířením Redhorn Gate.
