In The Lord of the Rings: The Card Game – The Dunland Trap, some of Middle-earth's greatest heroes aid Saruman the White to continue the work he began in The Voice of Isengard deluxe expansion. As they seek to win a rare victory for the forces of good in their struggle against the Shadow of Mordor, the heroes must face new perils, including the threat posed by angry bands of militant Dunlendings!
The Dunland Trap features a combat-heavy new scenario where your heroes must battle their way to freedom against waves of ferocious Dunlendings. Additionally, among its sixty cards, you'll find a new Silvan hero and three copies of each player card, many of which bring more shape and surprises to the Silvan trait. Moreover, as the start of The Ring-maker cycle, The Dunland Trap provides further support for the Mount trait, as well as the Time X and Doomed X mechanics featured in The Voice of Isengard. You will also discover thematic ties to Saruman and the White Council.

A must-have pack for anyone wanting to play an Eomer god-mode deck, because it's pretty tough without Firefoot. Another super card is Close Call – in my opinion, at least one copy belongs in every deck with red.
Povinný pack pro všechny, kdo chcou hrát Eomer god-mode deck, protože bez Firefoota to moc nejde. Další super karta je Close Call - za mě min jedna kopie v každém decku s červenou.
The adventure is quite tough but also engaging. It punishes card draw heavily, so decks focused on drawing will struggle. There are also some nasty shadow effects. The player cards are best suited for Silvan elf decks; the new hero Celeborn will find his place there, while for other players, the new horse Firefoot will likely be the most interesting addition.
Dobrodružství je dost těžké, ale zároveň zajímavé, umí dost trestat lízání karet, takže balíky zaměřené na lízání budou mít problém. Taky tu jsou hnusné efekty stínu Hráčské karty se hodí především do balíčků zaměřených na Silvan elfy, hlavně nový hrdina Celeborn si v nich najde své využití, pro ostatní ráče bude nejzajímavější asi nový kůň Firefoot.
