ISS Vanguard is a cooperative campaign board game for 1-4 players. Dive straight into the heart of a sci-fi adventure where you represent 4 sections (Security, Recon, Science, and Engineering) aboard the first human ship capable of reaching deep space. The original story campaign comes from Krzysztof Piskorski (author of Tainted Grail) and features many tough decisions, plot twists, and evolving situations. The game includes over 100 unique crew members, each with their own distinct characteristics.

Gameplay is divided into 2 main phases: the Ship Phase and Planetary Landings. During the Ship Phase, you manage your ship (using a logbook with card slots), with each section offering its own development options. Then, you prepare your crew to land on a new planet to find answers to the most critical questions facing human civilization. Together, you choose the right lander, modify it with various modules, and each section selects one crew member for the mission (more experienced crew members have better abilities). You also build a deck of skill cards, pack necessary equipment, and choose dice for your character. Throughout all phases, you refer to the logbook, which archives story encounters and meetings, often in the form of dynamic character dialogues.

The game does not include Czech rules.
