Welcome to the imago web store. Maybe you found something you like or you are hunting for items that are sold out everywhere else. Unfortunately, our store is currently available only in Czech and Slovak.
This guide will help you shop with us.
Just follow the easy steps below to place your order and we will handle the rest.
1) Searching for cool stuff:
Use the search bar at the top of the page. The autocomplete function might offer some useful suggestions. Keep in mind that it might also suggest some odd results due to the language. If you are looking for something specific, just type the product name directly.
Hopefully, you found what you were looking for or something you like. Now, let's see how to order it.
2) Confirming you have the right item:
You are on the product page, and it looks something like this:
First, make sure the item is exactly what you want. While language might not matter for action figures, plushies, or other collectibles, books and board games are a different story. The English name of a board game or book is a good indicator of the language, and they are often marked with a UK flag. To be 100% sure, check the product details.
You can find info like the EAN, but look for “Jazyk” (Language). If you see “Angličtina”, the game is in English. In the picture above, you can see that there may be multiple language specifications. In this case, it states that both the “pravidla” (rules) and “komponenty” (components) of the game are in English.
Now that you have confirmed this is the item you want, let's cover the checkout process.
3) Buying the item:
You found the right version in a language you understand. What now? Let's look at Harry for help:
You can find plenty of product information on the page. Prices are displayed in CZK by default, but you can switch them to EUR by clicking the green € sign. If you want to buy multiple items, check how many we have in stock by looking at “Skladem 40 ks”, which means 40 pcs available. Adjust the quantity using the + and – buttons, and finally, click the green “Vložit do košíku” (Add to cart) button to send your items to your shopping cart in the top right corner.
Our shopping cart now displays one item, meaning we successfully added Harry. If you want to add more, repeat this process until your cart contains everything you need. Once finished, proceed to checkout.
4) Checking out:
Click the cart icon with “košík” (Cart) next to it to start the first part of the checkout process:
There is a lot on this page, mostly regarding registration, gift certificates, and charity donations. You don't need to worry about those. In this phase, check that you have the correct items in your cart and that the price is right. Since we switched to EUR earlier, everything displays in that currency. If everything is in order, click “Pokračovat v objednávce” (Continue with checkout) to move to the second phase.
Here you choose your shipping and payment options. First, use the dropdown menu “Zvolte zemi” (Choose destination country) to select your country. You will then see the available shipping and payment options along with the costs. Currently, we offer delivery to your address via Zásilkovna.
After confirming the shipping method, choose your payment method and click “Pokračovat v objednávce” (Continue with checkout) to move to the third phase.
Fill out your address, e-mail, and phone number. These are essential for the courier to deliver your package. If you leave the bottom checkboxes unticked, we will contact you in the future with interesting offers from our store. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. Once you have filled in all the details, click “Pokračovat v objednávce” (Continue with checkout).
Note: If you need different billing information than the shipping address, tick the top checkbox to enter your billing details.
This is the final step. Double-check that all your information—shipping, billing, and contact details—is correct. You can add comments regarding your order here. Review your items, their prices, shipping costs, and the total. Once everything looks good, finish by clicking the “závazně objednat” (Place order) button. You will then be prompted to pay for your order, and once confirmed, we will get your order to you ASAP.
