How do we approve reviews?
You'll only find first-hand reviews on our site – no fake opinions, no bots. How do we guarantee that?
Only registered users who have created a customer account with us can write reviews. This allows us to verify that the review comes from a customer who actually purchased the product and has personal experience with it.
We review every single submission. Yes, it takes a few days (1-2 weeks during peak season), but this ensures that:
- the review contains no unnecessary profanity, offensive, or discriminatory content 🤬
- it genuinely reflects a customer experience
- the review is not a duplicate
- the product photo attached to the review is original
- it is not hidden advertising or links to outside our galaxy
- it is not a customer support query (we have a contact form for those)
If a review doesn't meet our criteria, we won't approve it.
We sort reviews on the site by date. Logged-in users can click "like" on any review they find helpful. Reviews with the most likes are displayed first.
We may machine-translate reviews. In such cases, a link to the original text is always included.
