The website is nice and easy to navigate. Payment was fine. The order status and delivery notifications are perfect. Only the packaging wasn't quite perfect; the couriers don't handle packages with much care.
Stránky jsou pěkné a přehledné. Platba Ok. Upozornění na průběh a doručení je perfektní. Jen zabalení nebylo úplně dokonalé, obsluha při dopravě s balíčky nezachází šetrně.

The delivery was super fast. I ordered at 1:00 PM one day and the package arrived the next morning.

I didn't expect the product to be this stunning. The Harry Potter phoenix looked ordinary in the photo, but when it arrived, it was absolutely beautiful, gorgeous, simply perfect, and magical. Highly recommended.

Nakupuji již poněkolikáté. Zboží je vždy kvalitní, rychle odeslané, komunikace obchodu skvělá. Palec nahoru i za věrné zákazníky, kteří mají možnost ušetřit nějakou tu kačku. :)

Fast delivery, huge selection of products, reasonable prices, friendly communication when exchanging items, and plenty of options for pickup or delivery. I order repeatedly, and this is one of the few e-shops where the products look great in the photos and even better in reality.

There was an error with my order and I didn't receive the confirmation emails. When I contacted the shop, they replied within about 2 hours, which is an absolutely great response time. I recommend this shop.
