The best shop for every fantasy and sci-fi fan. Some products are a bit pricier compared to other stores, but given the huge selection, it's negligible. Professional staff who can advise and answer questions about product availability, distribution issues, or publishers. They've never let me down. For me, they're #1 on the market.
Nejlepší obchod pro každého milovníka fantasy a sci fi. U některých produktů bohužel vyšší cena oproti jiným obchodům, ale vzhledem k množství produktů v nabídce zanedbatelné. Profesionální personál, který dokáže poradit a zodpovědět otázky ohledně dostupnosti zboží, problémů s distribucí či vydavatelstvími apod. Nikdy mne nezklamali. Za mě 1. na trhu.

The most luxurious e-shop for anything nerdy, geeky, funny, fantasy, sci-fi, or board-game related. You simply want to spend your money here and support "small" (though not so small anymore) local entrepreneurs! Extremely important in these times.
Nejluxusnější eshop pro anything nerdy/geeky/funny/fantasy/scifi/boardgammy. Prostě tady chcete svoje peníze utrácet a podporujete "drobné" (dnes už teda moc ne) tuzemské podnikatele! V dnešních časem extrémně důležité.

The plushie was quite squashed, but it puffed back up. That was likely the carrier's fault.

Great quality and fast delivery. The store's communication was top-notch, even before they identified any issues. They didn't hide anything when the hacker attack occurred; they provided a clear announcement, instructions on how to proceed, and even offered compensation for costs related to blocking my card.
Kvalita a rychlost dodání zboží. Komunikace obchodu i před zjištěním problémů na jedničku. Žádné schovávání při zjištění hackerského útoku a oznámení včetně doporučení, jak se zachovat i navržení případné kompenzace při nákladech se zablokováním karty.

My first order contained items that weren't in stock, so I decided to wait. Unfortunately, the items never arrived, but the shop contacted me immediately via email to let me know. I ended up canceling the order and placing a brand new one. Everything went smoothly.
Ma prvni objednávka byla na zboží, která na skladu nebyla a chtěl jsem počkat. Bohužel obchodu zboží nakonec nedorazilo a okamžitě mě kontaktovali emailem o stavu. Nakonec jsem objednávku zrušil a vystavil úplně novou. Vše proběhlo bez problému.

This fantasy shop offers a huge selection of amulets and pendants in various shapes and designs, so you'll definitely find something you like. From my perspective, the selection is missing a simple Celtic spiral without a hanging loop, which is what I was originally looking for. Because of that, I had to choose a substitute, unfortunately with a loop. The delivery of this replacement order went smoothly.
Fantasy obchod má velký výběr amuletů, přívěsků, nerůznějších tvarů, vypracování, určitě si zákazníci mohou vybírat podle svých představ. Z mého hlediska ve výběru schází pro výběr úplně "jednoduchá" keltská spirála, bez očka na přivěšení, o kterou jsem původně měla zájem Proto jsem byla nucena si vybrat náhradu, bohužel s očkem. Na základě objednávky této náhrady proběhla dodávky bez problémů.
