I needed to add an item to my order that I had originally forgotten. They added it without any issues and very quickly. That is what "quality service" means to me.

Amazing delivery speed (ordered Sunday night, arrived Tuesday morning). The stand is well-made, compact, and sturdy enough (though 600 CZK for 3 wooden slats is way overpriced), it even holds a 19 cm thick target. The target is packed very tightly and has great thickness (even a strong man couldn't shoot through it with a steel-tipped arrow). It's too heavy for kids, though, so adult assistance is necessary. We needed two people to put it on the stand. But at least it's durable.
Úžasná rychlost dodání (v neděli v noci objednáno, v úterý dopoledne doručeno). Stojan hezky zpracovaný, skladný a dostatečně pevný (i když cena 6 stovek za 3 laťky je dooost přehnaná), udrží i 19 cm tlustou terčovnici. Terčovnice je hodně pevně utažená, tloušťka skvělá (ani silný chlap ji šípem s ocelovým hrotem neprostřelil). Pro děti je ale těžká, nutná asistence dospěláka. Na stojan jsme ji dávali ve dvou. Ale aspoň něco vydrží.
