I ordered 2 butterbeers, but unfortunately one of them leaked during shipping... I thought it was the post office's fault, but the cap was defective (it was on the bottle but slightly crooked, creating a small hole that the liquid leaked through). I didn't file a claim because I would have had to send back the whole package, including the other items, which were fortunately wrapped in foil so well that they survived the whole flood :) EVEN SO, I would definitely recommend this e-shop!! The goods are high quality, communication is good, the package arrives quickly, and there's a great selection... I'll just be a bit more careful with liquids next time.
Objednávala jsem 2x máslový ležák, bohužel jeden z nich při přepravě vytekl... Myslela jsem, že šlo o chybu pošty, ale bylo vadné víčko (drželo na láhvi ale bylo trochu nakřivo a vytvořila se malá dírka, kterou tekutina vytekla), zboží jsem nereklamovala, protože bych musela poslat zpět celý balík včetně zbylých věcí, které byly naštěstí zabalené ve folii tak dobře, že přežily celou povodeň :) I PŘESTO bych ale tento eshop rozhodně doporučila!! Zboží je kvalitní, komunikace je dobrá, balík rychle dorazí, velký výběr... Jen si asi dám příště pozor na tekutiny

The e-shop is well-organized and offers multiple delivery options. The package arrived much earlier than the original estimated delivery date. The books were beautifully packed and the covers were undamaged; I can't complain at all :)
Zboží je přehledně roztříděné na eshopu, více voleb doručení. Balík přišel ještě mnohem dříve než bylo původní datum dodání (na objednávku). Knihy krásně zabalené, obal nepoškozený, jeden si nemůže stěžovat :)

Great selection and good prices. You can pre-order or reserve items that aren't in stock, and they'll process your order as soon as they arrive. If a reserved item becomes unavailable, they communicate well and offer a solution.
Velký výběr, dobré ceny; zboží, které není skladem, se dá předobjednat/zarezervovat, po naskladnění je objednávka vyřízena. Když je zarezervované zboží už nedostupné, dobrá komunikace a navržení řešení.

It doesn't matter if your order is for a hundred or two thousand crowns. It's always perfectly packed and carefully prepared. The processing and delivery speed is incredible – I placed my order on Monday evening and picked it up at the Zásilkovna point on Wednesday afternoon. I love this shop!
Je jedno, jestli máte zásilku za stovku nebo za dva tisíce. Vždy je perfektně zabalena a pečlivě připravena. Rychlost zpracování a doručení objednávky je neskutečná - v pondělí večer jsem objednávku odeslala a ve středu odpoledne jsem si ji vyzvedla v Zásilkovně. Miluju tenhle obchod

As always, everything is great. Fast shipping, decent selection, loyalty program... Though I'd love to be able to get from level 6 to level 7.. :D (the loyalty program doesn't have a next level for "addict" customers yet ^^)

Incredibly fast order processing... I ordered on Monday night, on Tuesday (a public holiday) morning I got a notification that the package was handed over to the carrier, and it arrived on Wednesday.
Neskutečně rychlá reakce na objednávku... Objednáno v pondělí v noci, v úterý (byl svátek) dopoledne oznámeno, že byl balíček předán dopravaci a ve středu byl doručen

I ordered during the pandemic and right before Christmas. The speed and accuracy of the processing shocked me compared to everyone else. Plus, the selection is amazing. Don't hesitate, I RECOMMEND it!
