I had to return a damaged item (glass). It was 3 days before Christmas, yet I still managed to process the claim, arrange a replacement, and receive it via express Zásilkovna before the holidays. Thumbs up from me! :-) Highly recommended!!!
Můj případ byl reklamace zboží, které bylo poškozené (sklo). Bylo to 3 dny před Vánocemi a přesto se mi povedlo dané zboží vyreklamovat, dohodnout náhradu a obdržet ji ještě před Vánocemi expres přes Zásilkovnu. Za mne palec nahoru! :-) Doporučuji!!!

This is how every shop should work; truly professional service. The staff was friendly and helpful when resolving an issue with my bank payment. They shipped the goods immediately, and despite the pre-Christmas rush, it arrived within two days.
Takto by měly fungovat všechny obchody, opravdu profesionální jednání. Příjemný a vstřícný personál při řešení problému s bankovní platbou. Zboží bylo odesláno okamžitě a i přes předvánoční vytížení doručeno do dvou dnů.

Perfect cooperation and incredible helpfulness, even when dealing with issues caused by the Czech Post, which damaged the package and failed to return it for over 10 days. The fantasy shop fixed everything for the incompetent post office and saved Christmas. Thumbs up, I can only give the best rating and recommendation.
Perfektní spolupráce, neobyčejná ochota v jednání včetně reakce na chyby České pošty , která doručovanou zásilku poškodila a nebyla po více než 10 dnů vrácenou zásilku doručit zpět. Fantasy obchod vše napravil za neschopnou poštu a zachránil vánoce. Palec nahoru, mohou dát jen nejlepší hodnocení a doporučení.

Communication with the shop is excellent and fast, thanks for that. Even though the courier broke one of the ordered products during transit, the shop handled my claim quickly after I sent photo documentation. I had the replacement delivered within 2 days and managed to give it as a Christmas gift in time.
Komunikace s obchodem je výborná a rychlá, za což děkuji. I když dopravce při přepravě rozbil jeden z objednaných produktů, po zaslání fotografické dokumentace obchodu byla reklamace rychle vyřízena, do 2 dnů jsem měl produkt opětovně doručen a stihl jsem jej dát k Vánocům jako dárek.

I ordered one product that wasn't in stock but was available to order. I paid for the order, and after 5 days, the shop contacted me to say the item was unfortunately unavailable from the supplier and offered to refund me or adjust the order as I wished. I really appreciate that they reached out proactively and resolved it quickly. I'm always satisfied here.
Objednal jsem si 1 produkt, který nebyl skladem, ale byl na objednání. Zaplatil jsem objednávku a po 5 dnech si mi z obchodu ozvali, že bohužel položka u dodavatele není a vrátí mi peníze případně i podle přání objednávku upraví. Takže si cením, že se mi obchod sám ozval a následně i rychle vyřešil, jsem tu vždy spokojen.
