I ordered one product that wasn't in stock but was available to order. I paid for the order, and after 5 days, the shop contacted me to say the item was unfortunately unavailable from the supplier and offered to refund me or adjust the order as I wished. I really appreciate that they reached out proactively and resolved it quickly. I'm always satisfied here.
Objednal jsem si 1 produkt, který nebyl skladem, ale byl na objednání. Zaplatil jsem objednávku a po 5 dnech si mi z obchodu ozvali, že bohužel položka u dodavatele není a vrátí mi peníze případně i podle přání objednávku upraví. Takže si cením, že se mi obchod sám ozval a následně i rychle vyřešil, jsem tu vždy spokojen.

I ordered the goods on Sunday morning and by Sunday afternoon Zásilkovna already notified me that the package was on its way. It arrived on Monday. I'm not sure if it's just because of the pre-Christmas rush, but I really appreciate such weekend speed.
Zboží jsem objednal v neděli dopoledne a v neděli odpoledne už mi psala Zásilkovna, že je Zboží v přepravě. V pndělí už bylo doma. Nevím, jestli to je dané jen předvánočním časem, ale takovou víkendovou rychlost kvituji s povděkem.

Beyond the huge selection of products, I was mainly thrilled by the fast delivery. My order arrived in about three days, even just a few days before Christmas! The items were packed nicely and, most importantly, eco-friendly. The overall quality of the products really surprised me in the best way!

Fantasy shop is perfect as always. This is my umpteenth purchase and everything went quickly and smoothly every time. Only the post office outdid itself again with a 9-day delivery time, but the shop isn't to blame for that.

This is hands down the best e-shop I've ever dealt with. I've ordered from them 14 times so far and haven't had a single issue. I love their passion for what they do (and they do it really well), and I don't regret a single penny I've spent there.
Je to rozhodně nejlepší e-shop, se kterým mám zkušenosti. Dosud jsem tam něco objednávala už 14-krát a ani jednou jsem neměla nejmenší problém. Hrozně se mi líbí jejich nadšení pro to, co dělají (a dělají to hodně dobře) a nelituji ani korunu, co jsem tam minula.

Overall, I'm satisfied. My only complaint is about the arrows I purchased. The tips are very sharp and hardened, making them unsuitable for their intended purpose—60 cm arrows for children—without modifying the points. This wasn't mentioned anywhere, and unlike the detailed photos of other arrows, there were no close-ups for these. The shipping speed was incredibly fast, especially during this pre-Christmas period.
Celkově spokojenost. Jedinou výtku bych měl k zakoupeným šípům. Jejich špička je opravdu velmi ostrá a kalená, pro původní účel šípy dl. 60 cm pro děti jsou nevhodné bez nějaké úpravy hrotů. Tohle nebylo nikde avizováno a na rozdíl od detailních fotek jiných šípů, detaily u tohoto nebyly. Rychlost expedice zboží byla v tomto předvínočním čase neskutečně rychlá.
