This fantasy shop really surprised me with how quickly they shipped my order. Unfortunately, I've been waiting for the package for three weeks now. It's the post office's fault, so I hope I manage to get the gifts under the tree in time......
Fantasy obchod mě velmi překvapil svým rychlým odesláním mojí objednávky. Bohužel na zboží čekám již třetí týden. To zavinila česká pošta, snad stihnu dát dárky pod stromeček......

This was my first time shopping here and I'm satisfied. The goods arrived quickly and the store's communication was perfect. Unfortunately, I had to return the item (it was an unsuitable gift), but I received my refund promptly and without any issues.
Nakupovala jsem zde poprvé a jsem spokojená. Zboží bylo rychle doručeno, komunikace obchodu perfektní. Zboží jsem bohužel vracela (nevhodný dárek), peníze mi byly bez problémů a obratem vráceny zpět.

BLACK POCKET WATCH - The item arrived packed in a small box filled with paper "shreds". The watch is fully functional, though I looked in vain for a manual in the package. Since I'm not really into watches, it was a bit of a puzzle for me, but I eventually figured everything out on my own. So, in the end, the manual wasn't even really needed. I was pleasantly surprised to find a battery already in the watch, plus an extra one included. I definitely recommend both the shop and the product!
ČERNÉ KAPESNÍ HODINKY - Zboží dorazilo zabalené v menší krabici, která byla vystlána papírovými "kusy". Hodinky jsou plně funkční, jen jsem marně hledala v balení návod. Jelikož se o hodinky moc nezajímám tak to pro mě byly menším hlavolamem, ale nakonec jsem sama na vše přišla. Takže ten návod nebyl ve výsledku ani tak moc potřeba. Příjemně mě překvapila baterie jednak v hodinkách, ale i navíc jedna další. Určitě obchod doporučuji a produkt také!

The box is great and sturdy. Delivery to the pickup point went smoothly, and the box was packed in an outer carton, so it couldn't get damaged.
Box je skvělý, pevný, doručení na zásilkovnu proběhlo v pořádku, box byl zabalen v krabici, takže se nemohl nijak poničit.

Awesome! However, the shipping carriers like PPL or Czech Post are responsible for the condition of the packaging. I highly recommend shopping here; you can't go wrong with any product from imago.
