You can drink it without sugar, though it's naturally sour, which I don't mind. It gives you more of a boost with sugar, and it's also great iced in the summer. It provides your body with essential vitamins, so it definitely has health benefits too. Highly recommended!
Dá se pít i bez cukru, ale je samozřejmě kyselý, což mi až tak nevadí. S cukrem více povzbudí, navíc v létě je výborný i ledový. Tělu pak dodává potřebné vitamíny, tedy i zdravotní účinek rozhodně má. Doporučuji!
