Fruit tea
/ productsThe sun is shining, the fruit is ripening, and you have nothing to do but relax? If the magic of summer is what you look forward to every year, know that the aroma of fruit tea will definitely remind you of it. You can enjoy fruit teas however you like. They are perfect for daily sipping, both hot and as iced tea. They contain no caffeine, making them suitable for children, pregnant women, nursing mothers, or anyone who wants something warm in the evening and has to get up early in the morning. The strong fruity aroma pairs perfectly with sugar or honey.

Preparing a cup of fruit tea is no rocket science. Put a reasonable amount of tea into an infuser, pour boiling water over it, wait 5+ minutes, and you're done.
But how do you prepare the iced version?
Again, it's no rocket science. Pour boiling water over about 10-15g of tea, using half the amount of water depending on the glass you want to serve it in. For the iced version, we recommend a little sugar to enhance the flavor (ice tends to slightly mute the taste). Steep longer than with regular tea (5 - 10 minutes), again for flavor intensity. Then strain and mix with plenty of ice. Serve immediately, or take your iced tea to the next level by pouring the tea and ice into a shaker. Shake well and serve (the drink will have a foam, the stability and velvetiness of which depends on the chosen fruit blend).
