Hero Realms

We've had the game for almost a month and it's definitely our most played game right now. It's fast and easy for anyone to pick up. My wife even wants me to buy another deck-building game. And she rarely enjoys games, haha.

Hru mame skoro mesiac a je jednoznacne najhranejsou hrou momentalne. Je rychla a pochopi ju kazdy. Moja zena dokonca chce aby som kupil dalsiu deckbuildingovu hru. A to ju malo hier bavi haha.

The younger sibling of the sci-fi card game Star Realms is a total blast!
Unlike SR, the base game supports up to 4 players, the life-tracking system is improved, and in my opinion, the card art looks even better.
Bases in this version are represented by champions, though they aren't displayed horizontally on the cards like in SR – it makes things a bit less clear at first, but you get used to it over time. :)

Mladší brat sci-fi kartovky Star Realms sa vydaril na výbornú!
Oproti SR je hru je možné už v základe hrať až v 4 hráčoch, vylepšil sa systém počítania životov, a podľa môjho názoru aj grafika kariet je krajšia.
Základne sú v tejto verzii reprezentované šampiónmi, ktorí však nie sú znázornení na kartách horizontálne, ako je tomu v SR - trochu to uberá na prehľadnosti, ale dá sa na to časom zvyknúť. :)

The best feature of this game (aside from clichés like it being amazing or fun) is that it's dynamic. Unlike Dominion, which has a similar playstyle, it moves fast and setup isn't tedious or boring. Just take it out and play.
The rules are simple, and even though it's currently only in English, you'll get the hang of it quickly. Great for travel too.
I've played dozens of hours and I've only had it for a few months. I'm buying character packs and hope they bring even more life to the game :D Highly recommended, amazing game
PS: I recommend playing with 60 health instead of 50, it makes the red and yellow colors stand out more.

Nejlepší vlastnost této hry (krom klišé frází např. že je úžasná, zábavná atd.) je, že je Dynamická. Narozdíl od Dominionu, který má podobný hrací styl, rychle odsýpá a příprava na ni není zdlouhavá a nudná. Vytáhneš a hraješ.
Pravidla jsou lehká a i přes to, že je tohle zatím jen v angličtině, se do všeho rychle vžije. Vhodné i na cesty.
Odehrál jsem s ní desítky hodin a to ji mám teprve pár měsíců. Kupuji charackter packy a doufám, že hru ještě více oživí :D Doporučuji, úžasná hra
Ps. Doporučuji hrát na 60 životů namísto 50, více vynikne červená i žlutá barva

I thought it would be something like Dominion. While it has similar mechanics, the game isn't as fun. A big downside is that you draw 5 cards, play them in any order, and that's it. There's no strategy in how you play your cards, which is a shame.

Myslel jsem si ze to bude neco podobneho jako Dominion. Sice ma to podobne mechaniky ale hra neni tak zabavna. Velka nevyhoda je ze se doberete 5 karet zahrajete je v libovolnem poradi a to je vse. Zadne uvazovani jak postupne vykladat karty a to je skoda.

One of the deck-building wonders – simple rules and gameplay mechanics wrapped in a fantasy theme that never gets old. The creators managed to improve upon the already awesome Star Realms by replacing bases with heroes that tap. Plus, the clever life-tracking system is much better than sorting through piles of cards like in its sci-fi predecessor. A fantastic game that ranks among the best in its category.

Jeden z deckbuildingovych zázraků - jednoduchá pravidla i herní principy ve fantasy hávu, který neomrzí. Tvůrcům se podařilo vylepšit už tak suprový počin Star Realms a budovy nahradit tapujícími se hrdiny. Navíc vychytané počítání životů je mnohem lepší než se přebírat kupou kartiček jako ve svém starším sc-fi předchůdci. Super hra, která je ve své kategorii jednou z nejlepších.

Personally, I think this is an excellent card game that flows really well, even with more players. You can't deny the similarities to Hearthstone and Magic, but the deck-building mechanics make every game unique. A single session can take just a few minutes or turn into an epic, long-lasting battle. Its compact size means you can play it anywhere—it's perfect for a few rounds at your favorite pub. I definitely recommend picking up the class expansion packs; they take the whole game to the next level.

Za mě osobně výborná karetní hra, která svými principy příjemně odsýpá i ve více hráčích. Jistá podobnost s Hearthstone a Magic se nazapře, ale forma deckbuildingu udělá každou partii ojedinělou. Jedna partie pak může zabrat jen pár minut, nebo se změnit v epickou dlouhou bitvu. Svými rozměry umožňuje hraní kdekoliv. Ideální třeba na pár partií v oblíbené hospůdce. Určitě doporučuji dokoupit rozšiřující balíčky povolání, které celou hru posunou o level výše.
