Description
In the 2-player card game Haven, you and your opponent battle for control over a mysterious forest.
The forest's guardian spirit has fallen into a deep slumber and can no longer protect its realm. One player takes on the role of the city, aiming to tame the vulnerable woods using the "tradition of stone" and machines. The other player acts as the forest and its inhabitants, defending their home with the "tradition of leaves" and forest spirits.
Once one of the "traditions" is exhausted or an element leaves the board, the guardian spirit awakens. The player with the higher score wins—either by successfully taming the forest or defending it from harm.

A fantastic two-player game and the surprise of this year's birthday, I definitely recommend it to everyone. It's fast-paced yet thought-provoking. The box is oversized, but that's due to the game board. Highly recommended :)
Skvělá dvojkovka a překvapení letošních narozenin, rozhodně doporučuji každému. Svižné a přesto donutí k zamyšlení, krabice oversize, ale za to může herní deska. Doporučuji :)
