Green Stuff World: Splash Gel - Water Effect is a transparent acrylic gel for creating moving water, river, or sea effects.
Apply the gel in thin layers and shape it while drying using brushes or modeling tools. Splash gel dries within 24 hours, depending on the thickness. To improve flow, you can thin the gel with water or acrylic thinner, or add a small amount of acrylic paint to change the color.
