The decal sticks much better to the surface, but be careful as the painted area will slightly change color.

Great stuff. For example, the Thousand Sons from 40K usually have a coiled dragon decal on their left shoulder, which barely sticks with just water.
I recommend combining it with Vallejo: Decal Softener.

A great decal base for the surface you're applying them to. No need to apply a gloss coat under the decal first. This fixer takes care of it.
Dobrý základ obtisků pro povrch na jejich nanášení. Není nutné povrch pod obtiskem lakovat lesklým lakem. Tento fixer to zajistí.
