FUDGE, or Freeform Universal Do-it-Yourself Gaming Engine, isn't a classic role-playing game. It's a toolkit that lets you build your own RPG system. The game core relies on describing characters using adjectives instead of the numerical stats found in other games, while chance is determined by special FUDGE dice.

This book was published for the tenth anniversary of the first FUDGE release. It contains the 1995 core rules along with a vast array of rules and contributions from dozens of authors across many genres. It is written in English, comes in A4 format, and has 319 pages.
