Laeral Silverhand's Explorer's Kit is a great set for every D&D Forgotten Realms fan. Laeral Silverhand guides you through the world on individual cards, introducing you to the notable figures who inhabit it. The set includes a dice set, a small map, and the box itself serves as a dice tray, among other things.

Laeral Silverhand vás provede na jednotlivých kartičkách některými místy světa a seznámí vás s význačnými osobnostmi, které tento svět obývají. Sada obsahuje set kostek, malou mapu a samotná krabička slouží – kromě jiného – jako hrací plátno na kostky.

The map and all the accessories are awesome. Plus, these dice are rolling the best for me so far. They are a bit larger and feel great.

Mapka i věci kolem jsou super. Navíc tyto kostky mi hází zatím nejlépe. Jsou trochu větší a velmi příjemné

The dice are absolutely perfect. I loved them from the very first moment.

What disappointed me a bit, however, were the cards. It's not that they are outright bad, but their purpose is perhaps a bit elusive. Small cards are often useful for gameplay. Here, though, aside from their collectible value, I don't see much utility. Perhaps if I were a DM and wanted to introduce a character without improvising, I could read these. But that doesn't seem like good practice for a DM, reading someone else's text aloud.

Nevertheless, Drizzt, Baldur's Gate, and Candlekeep are all there, so in the end, I grew to love the cards too, simply because they look great and hold nostalgic memories.

Kostky jsou absolutně dokonalé. Ty jsem měl rád od první chvíle.

Co mě ale trochu zklamalo, byly karty. Ne, že by byly vyloženě špatné, ale možná je jejich smysl unikající. Malé kartičky jsou často užitečné ke hře. Tady ale kromě sběratelské hodnoty nevidím příliš užitečnost. Snad pokud bych jako DM chtěl uvést postavu a nechtěl mluvit z hlavy, mohl bych tohle číst. To mi ale nepřipadá jako dobrá praxe pro DM, předčítat cizí texty.

Nicméně je tam Drizzt, Baldur's Gate a Candle Keep, takže jsem si nakonec i karty zamiloval jen z toho důvodu, že jsou hezké a obsahují nostalgické vzpomínky.

I was looking for some proper dice that would finally roll me a 20 :D Then I stumbled upon Gergon's video about this set and that was it. Although one of the d20s tends to roll under ten, they say it's the user's fault, so I don't know. Otherwise, a beautiful map of the Sword Coast, about as wide as an A4 sheet and just a bit longer. Plus those luxurious cards of cities and rulers :) Oh, and a great box.

Sháněl jsem nějaké pořádné kostky, co mi konečně budou házet 20 :D Až jsem narazil na video Gergona o tomto setu a bylo rozhodnuto. Sice jedna z těch k20 hází spíše pod deset, ale prý je to rukama, tak nevím. Jinak nádherná mapka mečového pobřeží, široká zhruba jako A4 a jen o něco delší. Plus ty luxusní kartičky měst a vládců :) Jo a super krabička
