It was a gift and a huge hit. These dice are awesome; the d20s have a great weight and sound when you roll them—they feel amazing in your hand. Perfect for a DM! :D They have a place of honor on the shelf and are the absolute favorite. The box is really nice and compact, too. The map is beautiful, but I'm a bit worried about its durability; it could use some lamination.

Byl to dárek a měl fakt úspěch. Kostky jsou fakt pecka, dvacetistěnky jsou při házení dost slyšet a mají svou váhu, úžasné do ruky. Ideální pro DM! :D Mají čestné místo na poličce a jsou nejoblíbenější. Krabička moc hezká a skladná zároveň. Mapa krásná, ale trochu mám obavy o odolnost, zasloužila by zalaminovat.

I spent a long time thinking about which dice to get for my games. I definitely made the right choice here. The larger d20 is an absolute blast; you won't want anything else after using it.
The other accessories (map and cards) are great. They build anticipation and point you toward the places you want to explore.
Everything comes packed in a box lined with faux velvet, which works perfectly as a makeshift dice tray.

Dlouho jsem přemýšlel které kostky si k hraní pořídit. A tady jsem se opravdu nesplet. Větší d20 jsou naprostá bomba, nic jiného už člověk ani nechce.
Další příslušenství (mapa a karty) je super. Pouze připraví očekávání a navede na místa, kam se člověk chce podívat.

I ordered this set mainly for the dice and to find new ideas for future campaigns. The beautiful, detailed map and the character and location cards are a great addition for inspiration and deeper immersion into the story. The dice look like swirling seawater and perfectly complement the environment depicted on the map. I recommend it.

Tento set som objednal hlavne kvôli kockám a tiež aby som objavil nové nápady na ďalšie kampane. Krásna detailná mapa a karty s postavami a miestami sú skvelý doplnok na inšpiráciu a lepšie ponorenie sa do deja. Kocky vyzerajú ako rozvírená morská voda a dokonale dopĺňajú prostredie zakreslené na mape. Odporúčam.

Mapa a karty jsou velice užitečné a krásně zpracované - představují důležité lokace, organizace a osoby převážně ze Sword Coast.
Třpytivý box vypadá nádherně, přímo se nabízí tuto sadu dát jako dárek.

An excellent set of dice. I really appreciate the inclusion of two identical d20s. It's usually quite hard to find a standalone d20 for most standard 7-dice sets, and rolling (dis)advantage with different dice just feels wrong :) Plus, these twenty-siders are larger - about 33 mm in diameter. The rest of the set consists of classic 16 mm dice, where the d20 has a diameter of about 23 mm. So, the d20s here are about half as big again.

The set also includes 4d6, which anyone who has ever cast a fireball or used a sneak attack will appreciate.
The supplementary materials in this set feel like filler to me, as they don't relate to any specific campaign like other special editions do. Personally, I would have preferred the option to buy the dice without them, but since I have them now, I'll definitely use them as a DM, at least for inspiration.

Výborná sada kostek. Oceňuji zahrnutí dvou identických d20. K většině běžných "sedmikostkových" sad se samostatná d20 shání většinou hodně těžko a házet (ne)výhody různými kostkami je prostě špatně :) dvacetistěnky jsou navíc větší - průměr cca 33 mm. Zbytek sady jsou klasické 16 mm kostky, kde má d20 průměr cca 23 mm. Zdejší d20 jsou tedy asi o půlku větší.

Sada obsahuje i 4d6, které ocení každý, kdo někdy seslal fireball nebo použil sneak attack.
Doplňkové materiály mi v téhle sadě přijdou spíš do počtu, jelikož se na rozdíl od jiných speciálních edicí netýkají žádné konkrétní kampaně. Osobně bych uvítal možnost koupit kostky bez nich, ale když už je mám, určitě je jako DM využiji minimálně pro inspiraci.
