Lung Ching, or Dragon Well, is a Chinese green spring tea with flat leaves. It boasts a rich, intense aroma and a slightly sweet taste. It is one of the ten most famous Chinese teas.

A delicate green tea. Steep for 2-3 minutes in 80°C water; you can get two infusions out of it. Even though I usually prefer Gunpowder green tea, I really enjoyed this Dragon Well too.
Jemný zelený čaj. Stačí 2-3 minuty louhovat v 80°C vodě a lze udělat dva nálevy. Ačkoliv mám rád ze zelených čajů spíše Gunpowder, tak i dračí studna mi zachutnala.
I had this tea once at an unnamed tea house in Prague and didn't like it. It was terribly bitter... However, a friend told me it shouldn't actually be bitter and that they had prepared it wrong. So, I didn't hesitate for long and bought Dragon Well here at the Fantasy Shop to try making it myself. I have to admit, it's an excellent tea! It has a distinct grassy flavor, very subtly bitter with a hint of sweetness.
I highly recommend this tea, whether for its taste or just for the dragon name! :-)
Dával jsem si tento čaj jednou kdysi v jedné nejmenované čajovně v Praze a nechutnal mi. Byl hrozně hořký... Avšak od kamaráda jsem se dozvěděl, že by hořký být skutečně neměl, že mi ho špatně udělali. Tak jsem dlouho neotálel a zakoupil si Dračí studnu zde ve Fantasy obchodu s tím, že si ho zkusím udělat sám. Musím uznat, výborný čaj! Má zvláštní travnatou chuť, velice jemně nahořklou a trochu do toho sladkou.
Tento čaj vřele doporučuji, ať už kvůli jeho chuti, tak už jenom kvůli dračímu jménu! :-)
