More beautiful cards and, most importantly, the ability to play with a large number of players make this Dixit expansion arguably the best one, as it's essentially a complete game. It's a shame the box doesn't fit the cards once they're sleeved.

Další nádherné kartička a hlavně možnost hrát ve velkém počtu hráčů, dělá z tohoto Dixitu asi nejlepší z expanzí, která je vlastně kompletní hrou. Škoda, že se do krabice nevejdou karty i s obaly.

Another expansion is here. The new cards bring fresh ideas and increase variability. The more cards you have, the longer it takes for them to get old. The artwork is beautiful as always. Plus, you get a sturdy box that fits plenty of future expansions, along with new voting and scoring boards. Highly recommended.

A je tu další rozšíření. Nové kartičky přináší nové nápady jak je popsat a rozšiřují variabilitu. Čím víc karet tím se pomaleji okoukají. Graficky opět malebně zpracované. K tomu ještě pořávná krabice kde se vejde dost dalších rozšíření + nové hlasovací a bodovací tabulky. Doporučuji

The perfect solution for the relatively low player count of the original Dixit. The board and scoring cards are beautifully illustrated once again. It includes 84 new cards with stunning artwork. It is playable as a standalone game, but I play it combined with cards from the original Dixit, expansion 2, and Odyssey—the possibilities are endless. This game has never disappointed me or anyone I have ever played with. I highly recommend it, whether you are a board game enthusiast or not—Dixit will open up a whole new world of thinking and change the way you see the world.

Dokonalé vyřešení poměrně malého počtu hráčů u prvního Dixitu. Deska a bodovací kartičky jsou opět nádherně ilustrované. Nechybí nových 84 karet s úžasnými obrázky. Je to hratelné samostatně; ale já hraji s kartami z prvního Dixitu, rozšíření 2 a Odysey dohromady - možností je nepočítaně. Tato hra mě a všechny, se kterými jsem kdy hrála, nikdy nezklamala. Takže vřele doporučuji, ať už máte deskovky více či méně rádi - Dixit vám otevře zcela nový svět myšlení a změní vám pohled na svět.

Dixit Odyssey lets you play with up to 12 players. For some reason, they changed the voting system—instead of numbered tokens, you now insert green and red pegs (for primary and secondary votes) into a fixed board. This system is quite awkward; you have to keep your hand on the "board" at all times, otherwise everyone sees what you voted for. The original system was better, and we always make paper voting slips for the extra players. On the bright side, the bunnies have a nicer, smaller, and more aerodynamic design :-)

Dixit Odyssey umožňuje hru hrát až ve 12 hráčích. Z nějakého důvodu ale změnil systém hlasování - již se nehlasuje žetonky s čísly, ale zasouváním zelených a červených kolíčků (hlavní a vedlejší hlas) do pevné karty. Tento systém je dost nevhodný, člověk musí držet ruku neustále na "kartě", jinak všichni vidí, pro co hlasoval. Původní systém byl lepší a my vždy děláme papírové hlasovací lístky pro hráče navíc. Na druhou stranu králíčci doznali hezčího, menšího a aerodynamičtějšího provedení :-)

You can play this as an expansion or as a standalone game. A huge plus is the new slots in the box for storing previous expansions, as well as the option to play with up to 12 players. A minor downside is the scoring board and the scoring cards. The design is a bit dry and boring. Personally, I use the board from the original Dixit game and the scoring cards from Odyssey only when playing with a larger group. Regardless, the price difference compared to the expansions isn't that high, and the game offers much more in comparison, so I definitely recommend it.

Túto hru môže človek považovať za rozšírenie aj ako samostatnú hru. Veľmi veľké plus tvoria nové sloty v krabici pre uloženie predošlých rozšírení a takisto možnosť hry až 12 hráčov. Menším negatívnym prvkom je herná plocha pre skórovanie a bodovacie kartičky. Dizajn je trocha suchý a nudný. Osobne využívam hernú plochu z originálnej hry Dixit a bodovacie kartičky z hry Odyssey len keď hrám s vačším počtom hráčov. Každopádne oproti rozšíreniam cenový rozdiel nie je až taký vysoký a hra ponúka omnoho viac v ich porovnaní, čiže jednoznačne odporúčam.
