Diamond GABA Oolong is a semi-fermented tea from Taiwan. The tea leaves are harvested exclusively by hand. It ranks among the best dark GABA oolongs. Perfect for special moments when you need to slow down in this busy, fast-paced world.
The tea leaves are rolled into regular, light to dark brown pellets that unfurl beautifully when steeped. The aroma evokes autumn leaves, while the infusion has a deep yellow to brown color and a very noble taste with a fresh finish. It easily handles multiple infusions.
Tea with an increased GABA amino acid content of 175mg/100g.
Origin: Ali Shan province, Taiwan, 1300m above sea level.

The tea leaves expand impressively soon after steeping – I recommend using the pressed balls sparingly, as they quickly unfurl and grow in volume. The infusion itself has an excellent taste and aroma – I would compare it to Black Dragon, though it isn't as smoky. If you're a fan of more fermented oolongs, Diamond Gaba is a great choice.
Čaj brzy po zalití ohromí svými obřími listy – doporučuji lisovanými kuličkami spíše šetřit, brzy se rozvinou a naberou na objemu. Samotný nálev má vynikající chuť i vůni – přirovnal bych jej k Černému draku, není však tolik kouřový. Pokud patříte k příznivcům více fermentovaných oolongů, diamantová Gaba je dobrá volba.
