Cutthroat Caverns is played over 9 rounds and is based on classic dungeon RPGs—slaying monsters and looting treasure. In each round, players face a randomly selected monster, and the one who lands the killing blow earns victory points. The winner is the player whose character survives all nine rounds and collects the most points.

Cutthroat Caverns is a unique blend of cooperative play, calculated strategy, and backstabbing.
