The Story: Hali Judah, captain of the well-known merchant ship Papabeydo, has hired you and your friends to explore and solve the mystery surrounding her family estate. Nearly 20 years ago, the house was the scene of a terrible tragedy where almost the entire family was murdered. The only survivor was 10-year-old Hali, who had joined the crew of the Papabeydo. Since then, the house has remained mostly unoccupied. Several tenants have tried to live there, but no one stays for long. According to rumors in Sørholde, the place is home to something malevolent and dark.

Captain Judah's Instructions: "My position in the family requires me to maintain the old house, which I have tried to do, but now I've returned from a 6-week voyage to find that the damn gardener has disappeared! I'm sick of this! I want you to find out what's wrong with that cursed house. Don't loot it, don't burn it down, and a reward of 1000 GP awaits you."
