Description
In this sci-fi strategy card game, you play as one of the alien races left behind by the Ancestors. You start with five planets and twenty cosmic ships. Your goal is to colonize five foreign planets. Each round, cards determine which player you must attack.
Combat is resolved using battle cards and the strength of the ships you and your allies commit to the fight. To reach your goal, use artifacts, technology, and your race's unique special abilities to bend the rules of the game. The game is in English, and you can find a Czech translation available for download.

Cosmic is essentially a party game for slightly more experienced board gamers who enjoy a sci-fi theme. Since the game tells you who to attack, your fate depends on the luck of your draw, your hand, and your diplomatic skills with other players—it couldn't really be any other way! :-) But in the realm of party games, it's an absolute blast with huge variability (tons of alien cards to choose from), meaning you'll likely never play two games that feel the same.
And it doesn't have to be just one winner...
Cosmic je v podstatě párty hra pro mírně zkušenější deskohráče, kteří nemají problém ze sci-fi tématem. V okamžiku, kdy Vám hra říká na koho útočit, závisí Váš osud na štěstí, co nalížete na ruku a dobrých diplomatických vztazích se spoluhráči to v podstatě ani nic jiného být nemůže :-) Ale v ranku párty her se jedná o absolutní bombu z ohromnou variabilitou (spousty karet alienů na výběr), kdy snad nikdy nezahrajete dvě podobně probíhající partie...
A vyhrát nemusí jen jeden...
Cosmic is an excellent game that works for a wide range of player counts. Huge variability (boosted even further by five expansions), simple rules, a sci-fi theme, and plenty of player interaction... What more could you ask for?
Cosmic je výborná hra, kterou může hrát velmi variabilní počet lidí. Obrovská variabilita (ještě umocněná pěti rozšířeními), jednoduchá pravidla, sci-fi téma, víří emoce hráčů... Co víc si člověk může přát?
