Hold Warriors (melee) is a dual kit with Hold Balistae (shooting). You can build one or the other. This kit is one of the oldest from Para Bellum Games that hasn't been revised yet, and it shows. That's why it's listed for 10 dollars less on their official e-shop compared to newer kits.

They didn't skimp on the plastic, so you'll need side cutters to remove the parts, though there is surprisingly little flash on the sprue. Considering their age, the models themselves are quite nice, and the pieces fit together a hair better than the similarly aged Raiders and Huskarls.

Unlike the W'adrhun, you won't have any trouble fitting them into stands to create a nice, compact unit. They're Dwarves, after all. Hold Warriors have a choice of several interesting officer models, so they definitely have gameplay potential once Para Bellum balances them against similar units (e.g., Men-at-Arms).

I'd just hold off on buying them until you find a good deal (like in a starter set) or until Para Bellum gives them a facelift (like they did with the Flame Berserkers).

Plastem se nešetřilo, na odstraňování vtoků budete potřebovat kombinačky, přetoků je však na sprue překvapivě málo. S přihlédnutím k věku jsou samotné modely docela pěkné a dílky do sebe zapadají o chlup lépe než u stejně věkovitých Raiders a Huskarls.

Na na rozdíl od W‘adrhun taky není problém je napáskovat do standů, a vytvořit pěkně kompaktní oddíl. Prostě Trpaslíci. Hold Warriors mají na výběr z několika zajímavých officer modelů, takže herně mají určitě potenciál, jakmile je Para Bellum vyváží oproti podobným jednotkám (např. Men-at-Arms).

Jenom bych s koupí vydržel na nějakou výhodnou nabídku (např. starter set) nebo až je Para-Bellum předělá do nového hávu (jako třeba Flame Berserkers).
