In City Council, each player becomes a council member in a newly founded city. Your metropolis is growing and thriving, which brings plenty of challenges. You need to keep pollution levels low, fight crime, create jobs, and balance the budget. As the game progresses, you will also cooperate with various political interest groups trying to impose their will on the city. If you don't do a good job, the government will take the city away from you, and all players lose. Conversely, if the city prospers, the most successful of you will become its first mayor.
