Description
A water spring has been discovered on a nearby hill, but it only provides enough water for one of the surrounding villages. In the card game Bulp!, players build pipelines and race to be the first to bring water to their own village. Keep an eye out for sabotage and tricks from your opponents—while you, of course, try to do the exact same thing to them.
