Quality first: Our supplier maintains a closed-loop wax cycle, meaning no foreign wax enters the system. This keeps the wax free of additives like paraffin or stearin, which could negatively affect its properties or the bees' willingness to use it. This wax, which we return to the bees, is exclusively cappings wax and has not come into contact with substances like varroa treatment residues (amitraz).

Storage: When stored in a cool place, a white film known as wax bloom may appear on the surface – this is a natural characteristic and does not affect quality. To maintain the beautiful yellow color, we recommend storing the wax at room temperature.

Usage: Leatherworking - waxing thread, treating leather, and burnishing edges, or sealing leather canteens for water resistance. You can also use it for wood treatment, making candles and homemade salves, creating beeswax wraps, and many other creative projects.
